As an engineering professional with over 20 years’ public and private sector asset management experience, Richard has worked extensively in the area of in-service asset management (maintenance, operation and support) of large, high-energy assets.
Richard’s key skills include applying asset management “how to” tools including: reliability/availability modelling, and quantitative risk analysis. He studies, investigates and analyses across a broad range of technical and safety areas, and assists organisations to improve/refine their strategic approach to asset management.
As a senior consultant with Capability Partners, Richard carries out project management of major maintenance/capital works by planning, organisation and leadership to achieve focused outcomes for clients.
Richard is a recognised assessor for the annual Asset Management Awards and is a committee Member of the Asset Management Council’s Sydney Chapter.
